Brief & Accurate Description of gear/guitar: I think the title may be a bit of an understatement as this is definitely a fixer upper and if you haven't got it in you then don't continue on - but if you do have it in you, then press onward traveler! This is a guitar I received in a trade which as we can clearly see, ended in not so great terms for me. I planned on filing a claim with USPS but like most people said (including the Postal Workers) I'm pretty much SOL - so you guys get it! As you'll see in the pictures the lower horn is broken off and is probably the CLEANEST break you'll EVER see on something like this. Guitar is a Star shape and comes with a Kahler style tremolo that happens to be missing one fine tuner (which can be replaced, I also WASN'T informed of this ), and aside from the break it just needs some elbow grease and a restring and she'll be fine. Seems to be a setneck as I HIGHLY doubt it's a neck-through and is very light - possibly Alder or a good cut of Basswood. Has an H/S/S set up with an EMG-81 in the bridge.
Modifications (if any): Well, it does have a neat broken horn modification The previous owner had installed an EMG 81 in the bridge but nothing else as far as I can tell.

Price (include currency and if firm/obo): Weighing the pro's against the cons, its still a functioning guitar that will play fine once all fixed up - but that fixed up will require :
Fret polishing (just polishing no leveling or anything) + restring + minor body work (add some dowels for extra support in the body)
Let's say shipped off to your door for $160? It is still in awesome condition for a guitar that has a break. Again, it's a clean break that you can easily fix and with some fret polish and new strings it'll be fine.
Pictures: Pictures include before shots from the previous owner and how it's currently looking.
Someone knows they want to fix up this bad Larry
