I'm offering up my Dean Evo 7 for sale. It's not a 'mint' guitar by any means... as a matter of fact I bought it as a body and neck (no hardware) and threw a set of Wilkinson EZ-Loks, a TOM bridge, and a pair of Duncan Designed placeholders in it (creme pickup rings, of course.)
-Mahogany singlecut body/neck, quilt maple top with cherry burst finish
-2 placeholder Duncan Designed pickups (JB/Jazz) with coil tap
-Missing truss rod cover, electronics covers
-Nut needs to be glued in
-There is some buckle rash on the back
-One minor scratch/finish crack about 3/16" long next to the neck pickup
-One fret is proud and needs a sharp edge filed
-Duncan Designed JB clone in bridge is pretty bad; the Jazz clone in the neck is amazing though!
-Incredible acoustic resonance
-Extremely lightweight, especially for this style of guitar
-Wired for coil tap
-Very comfortable neck profile, somewhere between a "V" and a "C"
I am selling this because I really don't have the time or inclination to really get it running up to it's full potential, and with my Agile Septor 727 it really just doesn't get played.
Asking $300+shipping... or best offer. Hell, tell me if you think I'm off base on this.
Also, US only please... I have very little experience sending this stuff out and don't want to deal with customs and the like.
I will attempt to get some pictures up shortly, assuming I can find a working camera.
Oh, yeah, references: I have one Itrader from ss.org and my ebay accound (with 100% positive feedback) is "temjinstrife."
Hmm, been doing some shopping around... looking for $250+ shipping, as, while these are kinda rare, they don't fetch much used. Too bad really, great guitar!
