If you don't need the locking part then get these:
STEWMAC.COM : Stud/Bushing Set for 'Stop' Tailpiece

and then just use the inserts.

What concerns me about doing that is what Adam said earlier in this thread that FR ones won't necessarily fit, which may be the case with those ones as well.

Those are M8 thrread which is the same as the Ibby studs I have used very similar ones on my own Ibby build.
