My wife buys a case of bottled water for her and my stepson every week and I've always refused to drink them. I think it's a waste of money and this movie has reinforced it.
Usually when I watch docs, I always try to avoid propoganda and such. But this movie seemed to not really go into scare tactics and such.
I recommend watching this, it's on Netflix streaming.
I think I heard somewhere that there is no regulation on bottled water, and they just fill a bunch of them up from a tap in a warehouse.
Then they put pretty pictures on the bottles of waterfalls and hibiscus flowers and create all of these interesting terms for bullshit "filtering" processes, and pull the wool over the eyelids of most of the American public.
The only reason I buy bottled water is to reuse the bottles for convenience that are filled up from my filtered fridge tap.
