The Human Centipede II banned in the UK

U.K. film board bans 'Human Centipede' sequel The Marquee Blog - Blogs

I think that these film are completely stupid, but I most definitely do not agree with censorship like this. If people want to see the film they will. And to be honest, as gruesome as the concept is, it's no more graphically disturbing than the Saw or Hostel movies.

"There is little attempt to portray any of the victims in the film as anything other than objects to be brutalized, degraded and mutilated for the amusement and arousal of the central character, as well as for the pleasure of the audience.
    Hmmm... this sounds familiar...

As I said, I wasn't going to watch it, but I don't agree with censorship like this.

My mate was telling me that in this new one there is a scene where the guy wraps barbed-wire around his dick and rapes the girl at the back of the 'sequence'.

The whole premise is pretty fucked up but, y'know, if "Anti-Christ" and "A Serbian Film" can get a release, why not this?

The first human centipede had its moments, but the story was kind of a let down. They could've done so much more with the story but they didn't.

I thought Human Centipede was a snooze fest. I'm not really excited about a sequel, but I vehemently oppose censorship of any kind.
I'd give my right arm to be ambidextrous.

Same, wasn't interested in it, but censorship is fucking stupid. To this extent. Yeah, I can agree with after 9pm rules and whatnot, but outright banning something is stupid. Anyone ever hear of an old PSX games called Thrill Kill? That got banned, and it was pretty much 3D Mortal Kombat with more gore!

Thats just stupid, if you're allowed to go to war you should be allowed to watch a movie with some violence. Seriously.
