    Anyone here use Skype?

I need to get it installed on my machine, and was wondering if anyone had suggestions for the hand/headset piece of the equation.

I use it at work and now and again at home. Can't use the calls at work though, only the chat feature (since we can't use WLM)

I use it occasionally. I'm running it on a laptop that has a microphone (and an external microphone jack if I give a fuck) and just let that be the end of it. I'll plug in a separate mic if I have to type a lot, but otherwise I'm just using a nine-year-old Thinkpad that otherwise only needs to handle music playing and text editing.

I use a BT headset. Most newer BT headsets allow multiparing so you can use it to do double duty.
