I've got to say, the Samsung Jack is not too bad at all, and I guess the "selling point" was the Windows Mobile with exchange support. It has a pretty nice interface, calls are great, and it is supposed to have a fast processor (for a phone) but I have noticed some hang-ups with video/pictures/media, etc. I am also having trouble with Bluetooth in my car. My car recongizes it, but when I dial through my car or the phone, you can only hear through the phone and not the car's speakers.
Anyway, I may not be going exchange, as I am considering numerous server-based hosting systems at this point, which leads me to consider the following:
- iPhone - It seems like a great media device, but I think the novelty of that will wear off soon
- BlackBerry Bold - I am really leaning towards this device if I don't go the exchange route
- Nokia E71x - Seems very comparable to the Samsung Jack
- BlackBerry Curve 8900 - Very nice phone. My girlfriend has this phone so I get to mess with it, and I like it for the most part. With my contract, the sticker shock won't be bad at all if I go this route.
So that's where I'm at. I'm welcome to any other suggestions you guys may have.
