    Goodbye, Chrome.

Well, for now at least. Love lots of things about it, but it's too glitchy for me at this stage.

When I go to a different page, I get flashes of the program running behind it in the middle of the screen. When I go back from looking at an auction/CL ad, sometimes it goes back to the top of the results list, sometimes it takes me back to where I clicked.

Just now, it jumped back and forth between the top of the list and where I clicked.

Hope they get it right in the near future so I can come back.

I've never had that happen on any of the boxes I run it on.

The only problem I've had with it is, if I minimize a window for a significant length of time; say 5 minutes, then when I click on it to maximize it again, it just won't do it. I have to right-click, close the window, and open a new browser window to get back to where I was before.

Kind of annoying but I'm more willing to put it down to Vista than Chrome.

    Wirelessly posted (iPhone : Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_1_2 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/528.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile/7D11 Safari/528.16)

Odd, zero problems here using the developer releases for OS X.

Same here just trying the developer release for OS X and it "just works" I couldn't help myself, just went back to Safari and fuck me dead it's only then I realised how much slower Safari is.

Since it is only new there is lots of things not to like, all the best features that each other browser has but it doesn't have yet because the only features it has so far are speed and stability. It is by far the most rock solid browser I have used on the Mac so far.

But this whole browser war is pissing me off since I have to keep a collection of all the main browsers and pretty much keep them running side by side and navigate to whatever address in the correct browser for the best experience on that site. It's like the old days all over again.
