I have an internal webserver at work that I inherited, and the site runs on tWiki. Not my choice, but the site's been up for ages and it does what it needs to do.
The server that it's running on is dying, and to make matters worse, I can't physically access it because it's on the DMZ (work policy). So I have to grab the existing site (running on Debian) and port it over to a new server, running Ubuntu 9.
Importing one to the other is undoubtedly going to be a pain in the ass, since there's a version mismatch. That aside, I have an even bigger problem. The current site is about ~30GB, and there's only 5GB left on the hard drive on the server. My initial plan was to tar it up with permissions on the server, download it, extract it to the new server and hope for the best but that's not going to work since I don't have the space.
What are my options here?
And to top it off, this may make things a bit more challenging.
You need to add the admin account to actually configure the site by going to the configure page. Huzzah, 403!
This was directly installed via Synaptics too. :\
