I just spent most of my Saturday pulling coax and speaker wire and setting up our new home theatre system. (BTW, wireless rear speakers are pretty cool, and a great time-saver!)
Get it all hooked up, power on the receiver, and... the centre channel is dead.
Tried a different speaker and a different cable. No dice. It's the receiver.
That sucks, man. Are you going to have to pull all that junk up and pack it up to return it?
(Also, and I feel like a jerk even bringing this up, because you definitely sound like you know what you're doing, but are you sure the material you were playing wasn't just stereo? It seems like the reciever at my parents' won't play anything on center channel unless it's surround stuff.)
