Seriously haunting... (Bastion)

]Bastion Soundtrack - Setting Sail, Coming Home (End Theme) - YouTube

It's rare these days that video games and movies have dedicated, recognizable themes, and it's even rarer when they're amazing songs in their own right. The woman's voice in particular is just gorgeous.

This is the ending track to Bastion, which had an incredible soundtrack generally, but this juxtaposition of the two main characters' themes played over the closing credits is just incredible.

The first time I heard it, I seriously got goosebumps.
Too much focus leads to tunnel vision
Too much faith leads to religion
Too much knowledge leads to confusion
Too many guitar lessons lead to jazz-fusion

Yeah, seriously great soundtrack on this game, along with the use of the narrator.

I've never even heard of Bastion but this sounds great Almost reminds me of something Katatonia would do.

That's cool. I've always thought that doing a video game soundtrack would be a lot of fun.

That is really great, has a Radiohead vibe to it. Most recent game I played with a soundtrack that really struck me was Datura on PS3. The Move controls were a little annoying at times but a very interesting game. Here's a snippet of that courtesy of the trailer.
