Without getting into the details I'm hitting a roadblock financially and I really don't have a "need" for my Mac, I would be more than fine on a cheaper Windows machine. I found a really nice ASUS laptop I'd like to get so I'm very much thinking of selling my Macbook Pro.
Spec wise it's an early 2011 model, 15.6 with high res 1680x1050 display (antiglare), 2.3 ghz i7 processor, Radeon 6750M graphics card, I upgraded to 16GB of Corsair 1333MHz RAM, 500GB 7200RPM hard drive. I also purchased AppleCare for the machine for a four year warranty. It has the Snow Leopard disc it came with so for those folks that don't like Lion or Mountain Lion can stick with SL.
I would be including a bunch of accessories with it as well as I would no longer need them. A moshi firewire 800 to 400 adapter, thunderbolt to HDMI adapter, Focusrite Saffire 24 DSP audio interface (since my windows machine would no longer have a firewire port no need for this), and Seagate GoFlex 1TB portable external hard drive (USB 2.0 or FireWire 800 cables included). I would include a copy of Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac as well, I'm not sure if it's registered to me or not but I wouldn't have a use for it anymore so why not include it.
That all being said, I'd have to clear this with my wife first before selling it, but what do you guys think I could easily sell this machine for?
You could also consider this an open invitation if anybody is interested (I'm just not posting in classifieds yet because it's not cleared with the wife yet first )
Not worth more than 10 bucks. I'll buy it off of you now if it helps out.
