I think the specs for this build are great. My dilemma is that I am interested in going with the XSPC Raystorm 750 RS240 watercooling kit. (Clear tubes and all that) but by doing so i'd have to go with a different case and the Corsair C70 is about the only case I have seen that I think looks awesome. I am aware that the CPU heatsink I have in my parts list is watercooled but would a kit like the one mentioned above be worth the price? Would it be quieter than what I already have spec'd out?

Water cooling can be great if you make sure you get a GOOD one. Alot of the water cooling systems out there do not cool any better than a good CPU cooler, and won't be as reliable either.
It really isn't worth it man to be honest, just get a good Air cooler like this COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO RR-212E-20PK-R2 Continuous Direct Contact 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler Compatible with latest Intel 2011/1366/1155 and AMD FM1/FM2/AM3+ - Newegg.com.
These type coolers will often give you better results than your average water cooler. Don't get me wrong, water cooling can be VERY good, but you are going to spend good money for one that works really well.
Edit: use this thermal paste to attach cooler to CPU, It's all I ever use and it does make a difference. Plus that one tube will last you a lifetime more than likely. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...9SIA4DA1GN6641
