Posted not long ago about specs for a build and I finally ordered everything. I changed specs a bit, went with an i5 instead of an i7. Ultimately this thing will have two gtx 970s SLI, 32GB of ram, and a Corsair H100i CPU cooler. I'm not planning on overclocking anytime soon, so the H100i is pretty much pointless at this point in time. The monitor I have (upgrading from a 720p monitor) is only 1080p, 60hz so the second 970 may be a bit overkill with my current monitor. Hopefully by the time I have the second card and such in there, there will be more of a selection of 4k monitors that can do 144hz.
Not completely top of the line, but it will do me well for a long while and will hopefully be close to silent!
