I've had to re-rip my whole CD collection several times now, when laptops die/get stolen etc. I'm incredibly bored with the process, so I'm looking to invest in a permanent way of storing all my MP3s.
Can anyone recommend a good external hard-drive for this? Don't want to spend a silly amount of money, but I'd like something with plenty of space that'll be fairly durable.
Alternatively, if anyone can suggest an online solution, that would be equally awesome.
For $10 a month or $100 a year you can get 1TB of dropbox so unless its all FLAC format you could probably go to a cloud solution for your music that will also let you access it from any where in the world.
If not I have seen that you can usually get a decent drive and enclosure for less than a prepackaged external solution.
