Intro riff seems about 10bpm too slow though. I know this because I played my fingers raw learning it as a wee lad. Great recording quality on this vid though, damn!

Gear used on this, btw? Dave's a Line6 guy, isn't he?

I'll say this, they have all kinds of vids from that San Diego show up on YouTube, and man, does 'Deth sound great. Tight, clean, great recording, and Dave's vocals are right on. Plus he shreds his ass off.

He's got a Marshall sig now. Dunno what Chris is playing through, I guess it could still be the Engl but I doubt it.

I think noodles was the one who said it best when it said that Chris plays the cleaner versions of solos that Marty wrote and recorded

Wow. Broderick is so friggin' smooth it's not even funny. The solos sound like I'm listening to the studio version. I've always liked the A/B dynamics between Dave and Marty's solos on RIP. You had Marty, smooth as all hell, and Dave who's more raw sounding, and together it just works.

I've no idea how in the hell Mustaine can possibly sing such oddly timed lyrics over the shit he writes either. The guy's amazing.

Edit: Holy fuck what an performance of Take No Prisoners. This feels like I'm watching a Dream Theater video they're so tight.
