Poland also has a day job, and he probably likes having a steady paycheck and time with the family etc. As opposed to relying on the whims of Dave Mustaine as to whether or not you have a job tomorrow.

Broderick is doing fine, but then he seems to have more of a session mentality and will undoubtedly land on his feet whenever Dave gets the itch to make a change.
