To add something to the lameness of the people pressing these charges, they weren't even at the show, they just watched the vid from that concert and they felt offended... WTF?! Why would you watch a vid that you know will offend you? They only did it so that Nergal could be charged, as before only one person had something against him - and the case was too small to be taken seriously... That's one of the reasons living in a religious country sucks BIG TIME!

The District Court in Gdynia, Poland has dismissed charges against vocalist/guitarist Adam "Nergal" Darski of Polish extreme metallers BEHEMOTH in connection with a September 2007 incident when he reportedly called the Catholic Church "the most murderous cult on the planet" during a BEHEMOTH performance in Gdynia and tore up a copy of the Bible onstage (see video below).
