So, I just got off the phone with a Sweetwater sales person, and it went pretty well. I called about the Randall RT2/50, which appears to be discontinued on their website. Rather than try to sell me something I don't want/need, she said she will be contacting Randall to find out if there is one still available somewhere.
Then she asked me what method of communication is the best for me, took down my email, and will be contacting me sometime soon.
Thus far, I give their CS 4 out of 5 Dio's. If everything ends as well as it has started, I'll dish out the 5th.
Yea, they're usually pretty good and more often then not, actually seem to give a hoot about their products and customers. I was on the phone with them once before, and I was actually starting to get creeped out by how nice and helpful the guy was
