    Stalaggh - Projekt Misanthropia

Tired of co-workers lounging around your office when they should be elsewhere?

Going to this link and cranking the volume will make them leave.

Hey, this band makes that scream-core-chaos shit sound pretty good by comparison!

Ambro can tell you all about these guys....

There are actually two "bands", Stalaggh, and Gulaggh.

The voices are apparently the screams of insane went to asylums and recorded screams....

"bands" is the proper way to say it. This isn't music. This is a shitty art project.

Hmm, I wonder if this is the track they played in Children of Men, in the scene where Clive Owen is visiting Michael Caine, and they're having tea when all of a sudden BAM Michael Caine blares some track of people screaming over his stereo. I was trying to figure out just what the hell it was awhile back.

Anyone know what i'm referring to?

Stalaggh and Gulaggh were two similar projects created by an unknown number of unknown guys. Both projects are in trilogies with the main difference one using synthetic instruments and the other using acoustic ones. All vocals are done by the mentally ill, which some may consider a tasteless gimmick, but I think it's a pretty strong gesture considering each album is supposed to represent some negative aspect or another.

It is what it is. Hardly music as music is organized noise whereas this is not, but I dig the ebb and flow of it.
I'd give my right arm to be ambidextrous.

Yeah, it's actually not that bad to listen to but just gets kind of boring; same can be said for the Gulaggh project which is just more of the same, with a little bit of strings added from what I was told.

    Still, pretty cool
