Hard to believe it was four years ago today.

]Decapitated - Eternity Too Short (Human's Dust) - YouTube

One color of earth shimmering with different shades
Shapeless shadows independent of the light
Kneeling n the ruins of sacred towns
Crying on ashes of refuted truth
We shall remain and dream again
And moment of awakening is too short to recognize

One of the youngest and best in the genre. He was only 23 in 2007. The first Decapitated record came out in 2000 (and there are demos pre dating it as well).

indeed he was ahead of his time and his drumming was quite tasteful especially for extreme metal.

I remember when that happened, it was like the same week I heard their music for the first time (The Negation album).

Weird timing, as I just found out the other week that their last bass player Martin is in the jazz program with me at my school.
