Just 'discovered' this band (I'd heard Corporeal Jigsore Quandary on Headbanger's Ball when it came out, but it wasn't my thing back then) and I'm really digging them so far. They seemed to change so much throughout their albums, and it seems like they were quite the pioneers of a couple of subgenres. Very impressive stuff!
I absolutely love the old-school vibe to the recording. The non-quantized drums are quite refreshing. They add an imperfect element that's quite charming. Heartwork has particularly cool sounds on it. The guitars and drums sound awesome.

A masterpiece in my opinion. I think it's probably their best album... but I dunno. It's a pretty hard toss-up between Heartwork and Necrotisim to me.
