It would be stupid from me not to spill the beans ; according to Guthrie (on the FAS forum), he recorded the whole thing with an Axe Fx II.
I am a huge fan of his Suhr Badger 30 tone (much more than the Cornford one he used for quite a while), but this sounds REALLY good as well!
Yeah, I saw this. Very interesting. However, if you have playing as expressive as Guthrie's, you will sound great no matter what you play through.
