Default So, I'm debuting as a lead singer tonight...

It's one of my last musical hurdles. I've been singing harmonies & tradeoffs for years now, but I've never taken lead vocals before. I'm performing with both of my tribute bands tonight & they wanted me to take Jerry's lead vocals on 5 tracks from their new album. This will be the 1st performance of any post-Layne tracks we've done.
Should be a hoot.
These are the songs....

Good luck man I've been working loads on my singing, albeit just in the car, but I feel like I'm making enough progress to warrant putting my own vocals on my own material.

Are you doing leads vocals as well as playing teh geet or leaving the guitar to one side for those 5 tracks?

I'll be playing bass as well.

Rather you than me then! I tried backing vocals out for my old band once when I played bass, and I went full retard.

Well, when you're in an AIC tribute, you BETTER know how to sing. Almost every song has 3-4 part harmonies. They were the "Queen" of Grunge.

Indeed so, I was doing some some punk shite with 2 other vocalists and still failed.

Indeed. And while AIC only gets to do 2-part harmonies live, we do it like the studio recordings.
