''The Fear''

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0A79uMjK_SI]The Fear - Ben Howard Acoustic Cover (Kirsty Marquis) - YouTube

A new video recorded earlier this week with Kirsty Marquis, a singer that I've been working with lately. Something a little bit different for me...

It's 'cos I don't play anything other than chords in this, isn't it?

Well, for once you're playing something that I think I can actually play. That makes me feel good.

Silliness aside - great song, and this girl's voice is awesome. I assume she has your, ahem, accent, and this isn't a natural cadence for her? Either way, she's nailing it. It almost has an old black R&B soul singer vibe to it.

Erm, yeah, of course, I definitely understand what you just said. *ahem*

This is just how she sings naturally - makes me jealous, 'cos when I sing, it sounds like a cat dying of aids.
