    Don't know about you guys but i revisited this album recently and was simply blown away again by how good it is. They are like the fine line between dirty hard rock and NWOBHM.

    I find their stuff a bit boring but in a good way (if that makes sense). Good ear candy and not too distracting. I play their stuff a lot at work or while driving and also have them on my Pandora stoner/doom station as a listening break in between other songs.

    Pelican started out really strong with Australiasia and Fire In Our Throats, but never cared for much beyond that. They are mesmerizing live though. Lots of energy.

    I like Pelican. I really like Fire In Our Throats, but haven't kept up with them since. Their drummer is awful though.
