    Solo Piece

So my band is throwing me under the bus to play a solo spot once in a while at gigs. Some venues require specific numbers of sets and times and there's times where someone needs to go take a leak, get a beer, rim job, etc.

So I am trying to come up with something to fill 5 minutes or so. I already know Eruption which is the usual go to for cover bands with self-absorbed guitar players, but I would like something different.

I have a hard thinking of anything that your average person may possibly know and doesnt require a full band.

Any ideas? I thought maybe a medley of some classic riffs or something but coming up with something that can be pulled off without drums or bass is tough.

It's only a minute and a half, but it's not your typical EVH shredfest:

Learn a Bach piece. The cello suite (chellow sweet, lol), pieces sound great on guitar. You can play them unaccompanied, and it would be a refreshing twist.
