Every time I play a show I wake up the next day with the worst fucking neck pains from rocking out the night before. Today was one of the worst days yet, it extended down past my shoulders and I could barely turn my head.
Sounds kind of silly, but do you guys have any remedies for preventing this?
I stretch before shows but that doesn't seem to make a difference. I can't just not headbang and jump around. If I still played guitar in a band, it wouldn't be as bad but just having a mic, you look like a tool standing still when putting on a show.
Get some Korean woman to massage you or something.
