Do you guys just design/print these yourselves? Pay someone else to do it? Order from a website?

I SUCK at visual arts, so doing them myself is not an option

We do them ourselves. Just random hi-res pictures off the web, or band photo, some fonts and 11x17 paper. Done. Don't over think it. The ones that have all the art and fancy shit are just harder to read. They may look cool, but trying to read them from across the dark bar after a couple beers is tough.

A band flyer is not art, its a notice that you will be performing. Make it look legible, clean, professional-ish and simple.
