    Yeah I kind of feel the same way about chest rockers. This guy, is one example for a chest rocker in my town.

    Always liked him as a player, but I guess he's entitled to his opinion. Me personally - I have to wear my guitar higher or it just doesn't feel right. Not quite as high as he was talking about, but higher than he holds it.

    One of my best buds has his guitar just about under his chin. I physically cannot play his guitars unless I'm sitting down without the strap on (huhhuhhhhuhhuhhuhhehehehehehe)....and when he starts rocking out, he looks like a chicken trying to fly because his fuckin' elbows are both stuck straight out and floppin' up and down.

    To each his least he's not trying to look cool and making himself play sloppy by lowering his strap.

    My strap height is dual purpose: Comfort and a nut protector in case anything flies up onstage.
