I mic'd us up at our last band practice so we'd have something to show. We haven't been a full band for very long, so there's plenty of bum notes, iffy singing, dropped beats, you name it
There's a nice mix of hard rock and classic metal, something for everyone I'm sure, and we're going to start incorporating some more modern stuff (Machine Head, maybe some Slipknot etc)
Also, in relation to this thread here, I'm on the left with a V30's cab, my bandmate is on the right with a T75's cab. They go together really well, but you can certainly hear how much more scooped he is than me, even with his treble rolled off and his mids dimed.
EDIT: FWIW, the vocalist couldn't hear himself, our rehearsal room is fucking tiny, and we have to crank it pretty hard to get over the drums, and the PA in there is a busted old heap of shit
Sounds tight. Although I hate fuel, but it was a good version of it, and you do need a good mix of stuff, which you guys have
