Went searching for obscure thrash, found gloriously terrible rock opera.

On those weird South American blogs that have all the really obscure bands no one's ever heard. The vast majority of it sucked, especially in the Death and Thrash departments, which was a shame. But this...

This is one of the weirdest things you will ever hear. Kind of Marillion/Asia/Yes progish stuff with Skyclad folk metaly stuff. It's just so unabashedly epic. It sounds like a really overblown rock opera, but he just sells it so hard. There's symphonic shit and metal and weird Yes style uncomfortably high Hobbit vocals. You can't help but like it. Apparently there is a follow up called "Symphony In Extremis" but I can't find it anywhere.

Definitely a fan of these dudes now.

It was really weird, yep, but worth listening to again . Is there a place to buy this that you've found?

Is the follow up weirder? I can't find it anywhere, and there are no reviews on metal archives.
