30 years...?!!! Great album, saw them on that tour with the Vinnie Vincent Invasion opening - awesome show by Maiden. Hell, I must've been in 7th grade at the time - I'm getting too old.

I'll admit to buying this Maiden album first, because the cover was so cool. I love it though; my introduction to them, to which I then worked my way back to Powerslave, Number, etc.
Disclaimer: I work ultra part-time for a local music gear dealer. And as a male plus-sized model for mankinis.

Same thing with me - first Maiden album I bought & because of the artwork. Still love that album.

The second to last truly great Maiden album. There are two Maidens - everything up to and including Seventh Son, and everything after it. The later stuff is still damn good, but everything from Seventh Son and backwards is just flat out brilliant.

Saw this tour and Yngwie Malmsteen opened the show.

The other day I found out that Joe Abercrombie of First Law fame has worked on like 2-3 of the official Iron Maiden documentaries.
