Too good to be true jp6 deal?

So I was bored and went to amazon (the Canadian version)

Type in John Petrucci and thought I might look for a DVD or what not.

I start seeing all these items like his various ernie balls and the boogie amp for 400?!?!

What kind of scam are they running?

If you look carefully, you'll see this an Amazon "Store" with no reference / reviews and they listed the Petrucci items as "used"...

Right there, that's a red flag.

Bottom line : if a deal is too good to be true, it's most likely a scam. Happened to me once on Amazon. Bought a pair of running shoes well worth over 200$ for 80$ and never received them... They came from that same kind of Amazon "store". Got my money back, but Amazon should pay more attention to these scams, IMO.

yeah I noticed they had zero feedback

and it would be insane to be selling multiple high end guitars and amps all at 400. even a pawn shop would give you more than 400.lol

Aye, zero feedback on Amazon is an immediate red flag. TONS of scammers on there.

Having said that - keep an eye out anyway if you're looking for one. I got my both my JP6 and JP7 loaded (piezo, shields, etc) in mystic dream for a crazy low price off Amazon. ~1600ish for the 6, like 1800 for the 7. They tend to blow them out once in a while.
