Default Tremol-No + JP7

Has anyone put one in an EBMM JP7? Darren?
Check out the pics below. Does that look right? I ended up using one of the spacers to make it look less messed up. It works like it should but it just looks funky.
I also took a pic of the trem so you can see that it's dead level.

My Tremol-No installation isn't typical. It's one of the original clamp-type with a prototype adapter plate Kevan had made so it would work on the slanted block end.

Damn. I wish I had that setup. With the abuse I give the trem these days, I don't expect my pin to last long the way it's sitting.

Donnie, it looks good.
BUT.....
You're clamped too tight.

The clamping screw only needs to be "snug, then 1/4-1/2 a turn". DONE.
The tailpiece isn't holding an engine block together; what you need is zero movement/slack. That's it.

If you want to swap out for a Clamp-type (Large) and an adapter plate, PM me.
We can get you hooked up.

my pin versions always come with little spacers to put between the pin piece and clamp edge so you dont overtighten it like that

Got it, thanks. I backed the screw out about 1/4 turn and I could move the pin so I snugged it back up just a tiny bit.
It's too bad the JPs have such an goofy trem block.
