Hi there, everyone. I have a question that I'm pretty sure someone can help me with. I am not wise in the way of technical shit.
Well, i one day would like to be able to have two amp heads set up so i can use a different head for different parts of songs. But, of course i need this to be fast, say go from a heavy insane lead on a Invader 100 w/ g major to stellar beautiful cleans with say a Rectoverb or similar. I dont have an invader or rectoverb, im using it as an example
i'd like to know what's involved in having that rig-dream happen so any advice is very much appreciated.
on a random note how are the cleans on the Boogie Road King?
A MIDI switcher, like a RJM RG16, Voodoo Labs GCX and anything like that could do the job of changing where the input signal is fed. If you used two cabs it would be fine, if you wanted to use the same cab, you'd have to have some form of relay output (like the G Major has) and use one of Radial Engineerings devices which can change between multiple heads using one cab.
