Default Line6 Relay wireless series anyone?

Well, I've been waiting for this for a long time, for line6 to launch the digital wireless technology they bought by acquiring X2 in europe, and they now have it on their site, although only the G30 is available at the moment.

THe rack is coming march/april (or something like that) and I'm pretty exceited, as I heard nothing but good things about the X2 wireless.

Now, the one cool thing is that it transmits at 2.4GHz, which means I can use it worldwide (very very cool) and is less congested, and gets around this stupid reorganisation of frequency bands that may or may not be happening...

Has anyone here got one (G30,G50 or G90)? Would like to hear some first hand experiences before I preorder...

Yeah I saw those too, they sound like they should be awesome I've never used a wireless system before and have been waiting for a digital wireless for a while now so this is a perfect excuse to get one.

Any idea on prices yet?

When I upgrade from my X2 wireless (the cheap one) I'll be taking a look at these for sure

Actually, for anyone in North America who's looking for a wireless system, MF.com is blowing out their remaining XDR95 rack-mount systems (the good ones) for $349.

So what's the difference between this 'Relay' series and the old X2 series? Is it more than just the X2 in a new packaging that says Line6?
