Li Ion batteries for my X2?

    Your Online Source For 2 Bay 9 Volt Li-ion Charger + 2 x 9V 600 mAh Li-ion Rechargeable Battery

How would these work, any one ever try them? And would there be any benefit of using Li Ion over NiCad or what ever else is out there?

I'm not sure about those, but I did get some rechargeable batteries from Radioshack a while back for my X2. One of them didn't fit in the box

The other one did, and worked fine

I've got a pair of Energizer rechargeable batteries that I alternate during practices. One is being used while the other chargers. For my own piece of mind, though, I buy a new regular 9v before a show. The last thing I need is for one (or both) to be dead, or near death, when it comes time to play.

Thanks for your advice guys. i think I'm just going to get regular batteries for live gigs, and keep a set of rechargeables for practice.

DO NOT use lithium ions. Use NiCd rechargeables or alkalines. My Energizer 9V NiCd rechargeable batteries did fit into the transmitter, but run time went from 4 hours to ~100 minutes in my experience.
