The Monsters of High Gain - Premier Guitar

Premier Guitar did a pretty cool demo of 13 high gain amps. To make it even a bit cooler they recruited Bulb to play on it.

Man, Bulb got way more face time than that poor schmuck from Krutch. Much more interesting playing, so I don't blame them.

I think the Soldano, Dual Rec, and Diezel sounded the best. The Framus and Peavey were also decent. And that Orange sounded THICK!!!

And funny fact, I borrowed that TFK guy's mushok prs to record my last band's demo lol.

I actually really liked the Soldano.

...and, I liked Ty's tone more than Misha's

Did they have to introduce themselves in EVERY video?

I agree with Leon, since Ty is going for a tone closer to what I go for.

Hi, I'm Duncan from, and yes, they did.

Also, the tag sentence for this thread is awesome. "Gain high monsters." Why, yes, I would like to gain some high monsters. I imagine that they'd be quite the party guests.
