    Delay/Reverb Help

My main rig is my guitar (whichever one) into a bad monkey into my HT-5. In all honesty, this covers pretty much everything I need to do. The only thing I'm lacking is something to make cleans and leads a bit wetter. Ideally, I'd get a nice delay unit and a nice reverb unit, but I was hoping someone could recommend a good pedal for my needs based on their experience. I just need something that sounds decent, is moderately cheap, and adds some depth to the sound. The delay doesn't have to be super substantial and modifiable, and the reverb doesn't have to sound incredible. I just want something to make things not so boring

If you're using it in front of the amp, any Boss delay or the MXR Carbon Copy.

If you're using it in the loop, the Boss twin delay.

For reverb I love the Line6 Verbzilla, that or a Boss RV-3 which also has some usable delays on it.

But for a cheap and cheerful delay the DD-3's are great for the price.

Can't really go wrong with the DD3. The Digitech Digidelay is also excellent value for money in terms of features and quality, although I prefer the DD3 tonally, just because it's a little warmer sounding.

I own one. So fucking amazing. I hate digital effects. Analog all the way! Also, check out the Malekko Omicron Reverb. I also have that.

Hate the MXR. The TC Electronic Nova Repeater is the ultimate middle of the road delay pedal - the only pedals better than it are the Nova Delay (which I have) and the Eventide Timefactor.

DD-3's are good for the price, 6's and 7's are not worth the money - the Nova Repeater is better bang:buck.

Reverb wise I always liked the Line 6 one, forget what it's called. Best reverb pedal I've heard would be the Hardwire one - sounds sexy.

I have a DD-6 on loan and I prefer the Digitech Hardwire to it, so I'd go that route. I used to own a Boss RV-5, that was a nifty reverb pedal
