Ok, well, you made a mocking comment to narren about it, and once again, i never claimed it was legit. So when i posted up the reference, i didn't expect it to be legit. So i don't really appreicate you insulting my intelligence in thinking that I thought it was a fact when I also know it was just a guy on a forum.(Run-on sentence much?) I just said i read it somewhere. I posted the reference. I didnt say it was a fact, so dont make a comment like i was claiming it was. But just because it was a random guy on a forum doesnt mean its NOT true. Thats easily up for debate. I was just relaying what i read on the subject.

I understand your not believing it. I dont have any opinion on it. But if you hadnt made a comment to narren acting like i was an idiot that completely believed it, then i wouldnt have said anything.

And i know how to spell douche, but it was supposed to be a funny spelling like froot. It was ment to be comical.

Yeah I'm not continuing to argue, I don't really care either way. It will be interesting to see if Earvana comes out with anything new in the next year or so though.

Interesting that nothing seems to have changed on the Earvana site. I wonder if they're allowed to keep selling their products while the case is in appeal, or if EB won an injunction and they haven't updated their site yet.

They won an injunction according to that article. The site lists copyright date as 2010 so I'm guessing it hasn't been updated yet.

Too much focus leads to tunnel vision
Too much faith leads to religion
Too much knowledge leads to confusion
Too many guitar lessons lead to jazz-fusion
