In 2007 I took a loan that I was going to use for this sound engineering school, but I was pretty unhappy with the school and I figured I didn't really want to be a sound engineer, so I dropped out. And that left me with a lot of money on my account.
So what happened was that I started buying, trading and selling gear like crazy. I guess I was looking for the perfect setup and a couple of years ago I found it.
Ever since then I've been struggling to pay back this loan, trying to live as cheap as possible and just pay back as much as I could each month. All tax money, all vacation money, and pretty much anything I've had left over have gone straight to that damn loan.
Anyway. Today I paid back the last $2000 of the loan and man it feels good!
Now, let me make up for the boring story with random pics I've taken through the years:
Aaaand the gear I kept (AND NOW OWN!!) and probably will keep the rest of my life.
