It's a cool idea and I don't see/understand the hate.

That's awesome. Not for every situation, but perfect for what it's for.

So who's case is this? Just bought the axe 2 and mfc 101 combo myself and looking to construct something like this for use at church and in the studio. Would be curious what brand this case is, what modifications are necessary to keep stuff locked in place and prevent stuff shifting around en route, etc

That is slick. I'd be interested in that. Also curious if he made it or bought it.

Couldn't care about looks for this. easy to move and easy to use, great for going straight to FoH and out to any stage monitors

Completely useless for the types of gigs I play nowadays (no monitoring whatsoever, PA for vocals only) but fucking awesome for anyone who's playing "real" venues and gigs

Too much focus leads to tunnel vision
Too much faith leads to religion
Too much knowledge leads to confusion
Too many guitar lessons lead to jazz-fusion

Perfect for the type of situation he is using it for. I wouldn't want it if I was gigging with a band, too much could go wrong with spillage or risk of getting knocked over at the front of the stage.
