Alright, I'm OCD about cleanliness and ease of setup and tear down in my rig, so I want the three cables running between my head and pedalboard snaked together.
No one makes a pre-made snake for 4-cable setup for some reason, which seems odd to me as I'd figure a lot of people with pedalboards will want cables for effects loop and amp input all running to their board.
I know Pedalsnake is popular, but I wonder how well the DIN connectors hold together through multiple setups, tear downs, and regular stage bumps and tugs.
Am I better off getting 3 cables and some cable wrap sheath stuff and doing it myself?
Power's not an issue as I'll run a separate extension cord for that (only have 2 plugs on my pedalboard, one for the HD500, one for the other 2 pedals).
I haven't had a problem with my Pedalsnake, but if you're, um... particular about your choice of cables, you may want to look at the braided or spiral cable-wrap stuff so you can corksni... er... choose your own cables.
