Hope I got the right section!
Has anyone tried using the Behringer BCR2000 with the Axe FX? Possibly not as the Axe is already quite intuitive enough (so I hear), but I'm a real hands-on kinda guy, and despite the Axe Edit and the Axe's own front panel interface, I would prefer the option of having controls laid out in front of me.
I should point out that I haven't received my Axe FX yet (should be within the next few months) but I'm pre-planning ahead for a re-amp environment, both at home and in the studio.
The plan is to have twin amp settings, as many rotary controls as I can, assigned to CC messages that'd be controlled by the BCR2000. In theory it sounds all fine, but knowing gear as I do, this isn't always the case in practice. For example, would the BCR2000 need to be setup via a software editor, and in fact, not run this way on it's own? This is where I am at in asking you guys out there. If this works out, I'll be a happy guy, but I don't want to fork out for a BCR2000 unless I know it'll work.
Thanks to anyone that responds.
I'll respond... wtf is that? I'm not quite sure I'm getting what you're doing here.
