Not a lot to be excited over on these at this point, since they've been out for awhile, but I ended up getting a 500 this week.
So far I'm quite happy with it. Far less fizzy than the older modelers, more dynamic, more toobey. I still prefer the real thing over this, but it's a huge step in the right direction.
I also still think Line 6's single biggest problem (besides the curious lack of a power switch) is their cabinet modeling. This thing sounds significantly better when squeezed through a Rewirez impulse.

Nice and I agree about the cab models. It's like no one working there knows how to properly mic a cab, or what a well-miked cab sounds like.
