From what I can tell, it's a buffer that attaches to your output jack. Cool idea if you've got a big rack with a lot of cable. The part that worries me is the "you can plug it into line level stuff so you don't need a DI. But wouldn't that mean you're plugging line level signal into all your previously instrument level gear?

Just buy a buffer pedal and you can use that with all your guitars instead having to buy one of these for each one.
