These amps rock. Of any type from any company, these things are amazing.

    Go buy one.

This or the 5150 combo too. The combo puts another dimension to "heavy" no matter how you define it. 5150, nuff said.

Here in Canuckistan the 6505 60w 112 combo is only $600 at most places. A great deal for anyone looking for that tone without breaking the bank.

I love every variety I've played or heard in the 5150/6505 series, but the 6534+ is just plain godly. Of course, that's partly because I love el34s.

I'm personally slightly more of a fan of the 5150III (which isn't quite like the first two), however they are all great amps. Record bloody amazingly well too.

Of course I approve of this thread. There are no other amps than the 5150 5150II 6505 6505+ and 5150III as far as I'm concerned.

The 5150III is the new guy, but I really like him so far.
