I think the Kemper coming out and being as good as it supposedly is (I'm dying to try one) was a great thing for Axe FX owners. Cliff has really stepped up his game, a little competition is always a good thing (IMO).
It's unfortunate that the Axe Edit development team has dropped the ball, but besides that since FM7 I've been really impressed with this thing (before FW7 came out I was on the fence about dumping it).
Not now. having no Axe Edit has actually been a good thing for me , I don't tweak like crazy andymore and actually get a lot more playing in now.
I wonder if he's going to use this new matching technique on all of the amps sims in the box, or is this a new way for us to get tone matches? it will be interesting to see what's next with this thing
