and it was pretty cool
I was setting up my rig in the apartment we just moved into (Albuquerque woot), and a day later I hear a pop, and then smoke city.
So I need a new one. I am sure there are plenty of threads about this, but I'm lazy, so fuck you and tell me what to do.
What a need:
- A recording interface
- At least 2 mic/instrument in
- Low latency, can be either USB or firewire
- Midi connectivity a plus
- Under or around $200
Was looking at the Focusrite Scarlet 2i2:

The problem with the focusrite is that it doesn't have a 3rd centered line output, so I can't reamp stuff.
Any good, or are there others out there?
I'm waiting on the Presonus iTwo. I'll let you know when it finally gets here.
